04 | ELEVATING GLOBAL PRODUCT STANDARDS

Creating Consistency Across a Global Product Portfolio

KJUS | PREMIUM PERFORMANCE APPAREL

THE CHALLENGE

What began as a fit concern within women's bottoms revealed a broader opportunity: sizing, grading, and measurement practices needed greater consistency across a global product portfolio serving both European and U.S. markets.

For a premium performance brand, fit was more than a technical requirement—it was an essential part of the customer experience and brand promise, ensuring the product's fit and performance reflected the quality, design, and craftsmanship expected at a luxury price point.

How do we create a consistent global fit that elevates the customer experience while translating accurately across markets and into production?

THE STRATEGY

I initiated a broader fit and sizing improvement effort, partnering across Sales, product teams, fit specialists, external experts, and international development partners to rebaseline core measurements, refine grading, and standardize fit across key women's and men's categories.

Beyond individual product corrections, I established measurement and prototype-evaluation guidelines that created a shared technical standard between U.S. and Asia-based teams—strengthening alignment from initial fitting through factory execution.

THE IMPACT

The new standards strengthened fit consistency, measurement accuracy, and global product execution, creating a more disciplined development framework while helping ensure the customer's experience of the product reflected the quality and performance expected from a premium global brand.
